Fell asleep in Seoul, woke up in San Francisco

My flight left on Friday at 17:50 Seoul time and arrived in SF around 12:20 on Friday. I always think that’s weird. Anyway, I’m back home and (almost) completely readjusted.

How I Know I’ll Ace My Korean Final:

I was able to tell the taxi driver where to go, in Korean, and when I was pretty dr…let’s say that I’ll need a big bowl of haejangguk in the morning, or whenever it is I wake up.

Insadong

(this weekend was inspired by followyourbliss ie. i did pretty much the same things)

This weekend I went to Insadong. Twice. This area is a very popular area with foreigners, as it shows the traditional side of Seoul and is close to several major palaces from Korean history. As much as I’d like to be the kind of traveler who doesn’t go to all the big touristy destinations (which I haven’t done at all), I’d have to say this is probably my favorite area in all of Seoul that I’ve visited so far.

Click on the picture to see the photos I took at Changdeokgung, a Joseon Dynasty palace, and on Insadong-gil, the main street of Insadong.

2ne1 - I Don’t Care

This song is way too catchy, which means I automatically love it.
